Part of the legendary MX series — a classic in the thermal paste market for over a decade — the MX-7 combines high performance, safe non-electrically conductive formulation, simple application, and long-term durability at a competitive price point. Ideal for CPU and GPU cooler installations. Ultimate Thermal Performance The MX-7 achieves extremely low thermal resistance through its optimised compound formulation and thin bond line characteristics. The high-density 2.9 g\/cm³ grey compound with a viscosity of 35,000-38,000 ensures excellent coverage and consistent contact between the heatspreader and cooler base, maximising heat transfer efficiency. Safe \u0026amp; Non-Electrically Conductive The MX-7 is non-electrically conductive with a breakdown voltage of 4,200V, making it completely safe to apply without risk of short circuits even if excess compound spreads beyond the CPU\/GPU die. No curing time is required — full performance is achieved immediately upon installation.
