Returns & Refunds

Warranty
All products sold by PC Gear UK are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand. If you experience a fault with a product, contact us first and we'll advise on the best course of action — whether that's a replacement, repair, or manufacturer RMA.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier.
Can you help me choose compatible parts?
Absolutely. If you're unsure whether components are compatible — for example, a CPU and motherboard pairing or RAM compatibility — drop us a message and we'll be happy to advise.
Do you offer custom PC builds?
We are working on offering custom PC build services. In the meantime, feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll do our best to assist.
An item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. Send us your order number and photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible upon receipt of the damaged part (all serial numbers are logged).
I ordered the wrong item — can I exchange it?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. If the item hasn't been dispatched, we can amend the order. If it has already shipped, please follow our returns process.
