The MX-7 features a dense, viscous consistency resulting from a high filler content, which delivers optimal thermal performance and an extremely thin bond line. Due to its special texture, the paste is applied using the cross pattern method rather than spreading with a spatula — the contact pressure of the cooler distributes it evenly across the entire surface, eliminating air pockets and ensuring complete coverage.
