Cooling & Airflow
Four preinstalled Pure Wings 3 120mm PWM fans come ready out of the box — three mounted on the angled slide-out side bracket in reverse airflow configuration to direct cool air straight at the GPU, and one at the rear for exhaust. The angled side fan bracket is a standout feature, purpose-built to maximise GPU cooling without compromising overall airflow. The top supports radiators up to 360mm, the side up to 240mm, and the rear 120mm, giving you full flexibility for custom liquid cooling loops or AIO installations.
Compatibility & Expansion
The Light Base 500 supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, including back-connect designs. With a maximum GPU length of 400mm and 7 PCIe expansion slots with vertical GPU mounting support, it accommodates the most demanding modern graphics cards. CPU cooler clearance of 185mm covers virtually all tower coolers on the market.
Storage & Connectivity
Internal storage options include 2 x 3.5" drive bays and 2 x 2.5" SSD bays. The front I/O panel features a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port (10Gbps), two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, and a combined 3.5mm audio jack — keeping your desk connections clean and accessible.
Power Supply
The PSU is not included. The case supports power supplies up to 200mm in length and offers two PSU installation positions for flexible build configurations.
