A precision-engineered convex copper cold plate maximises contact with your CPU’s IHS, with thermal paste pre-applied in an optimised pattern for faster installation. 120mm RS Fans with AirGuide Technology Two 120mm RS fans push air efficiently through the aluminium radiator.
